Hello !

I have a very special need... I have to use a parent proxy dynamically, I mean :

Code:

If PARENT_PROXY defined && PARENT_PROXY == my_special_proxy
      Always use parent_proxy

else If PARENT_PROXY defined && PARENT_PROXY != my_special_proxy
      if remote_server == localhost
             Do NOT use PARENT_PROXY
      else 
             use PARENT_PROXY
endIf

I want to use the PARENT_PROXY for localhosts connexions only with one parent proxy.

Is it possible to do this ? I think I will need to change some things in the code... Which files have I to change for this to work ?

You need to do this with squid acl's.. havp does not support such complex configurations.

(What is your scenario anyway?)
