I use HAVP 0.83 and nod32: nod32lms-2.16-2.i386.rpm. I use such old version, because old version of nod32 not need to have a license key. HAVP can`t to connect to /tmp/nod32d.sock. HAVP starting and in log file: 09/12/2006 15:28:31 === Starting HAVP Version: 0.79 09/12/2006 15:28:31 Change to user havp 09/12/2006 15:28:31 Change to group havp 09/12/2006 15:28:31 --- Initializing NOD32 Socket Scanner he tried to connect to nod32d socket. HAVP don`t report about error, he trying to connect unlimited time and use the CPU ~100%. I think, it is a problem of nod32, but can`t test, because i don`t have a license key to a latest version of nod32lms. From manual: Quote: NOD32

I was the same problems with havp release 0.80. But I was try with havp 0.84 and I used the nod32 old version You must configure havp.config for old version of NOD32 And normally it's OK ENABLENOD32 true # Path to nod32d socket # # Default: # NOD32SOCKET /tmp/nod32d.sock # Used NOD32 Version # 25 = 2.5+ # 21 = 2.x (try this if 25 doesn't work) # # Default: NOD32VERSION 21 |
