can anybody help with the sandwich-squid :?:
client->squid1->havp->squid2->internet

i want to bypass squid1 and havp and directly ask squid2

So what are you trying to accomplish here? Sounds like you just want to put squid2 in your browser proxy config.

this sounds right, but I want to solve this prob with only the squid.conf :(

Are you trying to bypass havp for some specific clients?

If so, have a look at Squid configuration manual. You can use some acl's and cache_peer_access lines..
