I have Clamav 0.90 installed on my system (/opt/clamav). I want to make it work with Havp 0.85, but when i trying to compile Havp:
./configure --prefix=/opt/havp (it's OK without errors)
and then - make - i've got errors:
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/clamav/havp-0.85/havp/scanners'
g++ -Wall -O2 -o havp helper.o logfile.o scannerhandler.o connectiontobrowser.o genericscanner.o httphandler.o params.o sockethandler.o connectiontohttp.o havp.o proxyhandler.o utils.o whitelist.o scanners/scanners.a

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [havp] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/clamav/havp-0.85/havp'
make: *** [all] Error 2

What's wrong? Can anybody help me?

What is your gcc/g++ version? Distribution?

I can only guess you have too old or buggy compiler. I could try to fix the code too if I can create same setup as you have.

Must be something specific to RHEL4, people always have some problems with that.. ;)

I'll see if I can install it for myself.

Something wrong with my gcc/g++, cause I've easily installed ClamAV 0.90+HAVP 0.85 on another RHEL4 system. Thanks for trying help anyway.
