Hi, i use havp-0.84 and 0.85 in my servers with clamav and i'm not use squid.
frequently when i use method "POST" in my web-browser i received the "Could not read headers" and when i press "F5" and reload he's ok...

I can't reproduce it. Most likely you have some network problems..

Everyday when use method post in many sites alleatory i received the error..
When i disable the havp i don't have more errors...

I don't use squid, only havp and i redirect the port 80 to 7070 ports...

Some of our users reported the same problems for some pages where they tried to login. (can't really supply login data right here, if you need some, please contact me in private (decoder at own-hero dot net)).

After resending the request, it worked most times, so this is quite hard to reproduce. Our setup is similar, we do not run squid and we run havp in transparent proxy mode.

Our havp version is 0.86.
