I would like to ask what the value 60 min means ? Does it reload DB every 60 minutes or ? Currently, I am running havp as standalone setting with libclamav ( no clamd running at all), with freshclam + scamp.sh in cron job for updating definitions and have to use restart instead of reload because it does not reload new DB .

With ClamAV it just means to check for new signatures. Like "SelfCheck" clamd.conf option.

I guess no scanner can be forced to reload signatures so maybe DBCHECK would be more describing.. and maybe 15 minutes would be more realistic default.
