Hello, In the past, I've had no problem compiling havp. But doing a new install of fedora 11, there seem to be some issues. Apparently, havp does not like gcc-c++ 4.4. I downloaded havp 90, and after googling, applied some patched. I'm still getting errors. [havp@idnproxy havp-0.90]$ make cd havp && make make[1]: Entering directory `/home/havp/havp-0.90/havp' g++ -g -O2 -Wall -g -O2 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -c -o logfile.o logfile.cpp g++ -g -O2 -Wall -g -O2 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -c -o connectiontobrowser.o connectiontobrowser.cpp g++ -g -O2 -Wall -g -O2 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -c -o httphandler.o httphandler.cpp g++ -g -O2 -Wall -g -O2 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -c -o connectiontohttp.o connectiontohttp.cpp cd scanners && make make[2]: Entering directory `/home/havp/havp-0.90/havp/scanners' g++ -g -O2 -Wall -g -O2 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -c -o f-protscanner.o f-protscanner.cpp g++ -g -O2 -Wall -g -O2 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -c -o drwebscanner.o drwebscanner.cpp g++ -g -O2 -Wall -g -O2 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -c -o clamlibscanner.o clamlibscanner.cpp clamlibscanner.cpp: In member function âvirtual bool ClamLibScanner::InitDatabase()â: clamlibscanner.cpp:32: error: âprintfâ was not declared in this scope clamlibscanner.cpp:37: error: âprintfâ was not declared in this scope clamlibscanner.cpp: In member function âvirtual int ClamLibScanner::ReloadDatabase()â: clamlibscanner.cpp:138: error: âprintfâ was not declared in this scope make[2]: *** [clamlibscanner.o] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/havp/havp-0.90/havp/scanners' make[1]: *** [havp] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/havp/havp-0.90/havp' make: *** [all] Error 2 Anyone have any suggestions? |

I don't know, if this is a generally problem in fedora, because yesterday I tried to compile havp-0.90 and havp-0.91pre4 with gcc-4.4.0 on debian lenny without any problems! regards |
