Post subject: | Keep alive problems with two Squid and Havp |
Hi everybody, I've got a problem with Havp and Squid and the only way to solve it, is to modify the RECVTIMEOUT parameter in the default.h.in file and regenerate the executable. I will explain myself more clearly. In my enterprise the proxy is made with two Squid taking in "sandwich" Havp. There is a web server wich ulpoads files by a FTP connection. When the time needed to upload a file is greater than the RECVTIMEOUT Havp gives back a page telling that the web server is not responding. The way I found to solve the problem works but I would like to know if there is another one. Please help me and thanks you. Best regards. |

That's the right way. HAVP has pretty low default timeout (120 seconds), Squid for example has 900 seconds.. |
