Is it possible to scan http-traffic by clamd listen on local tcp port(e.g. 3310)?

It's only socket at the moment. I could add support to next version.

Is there some real reason you are not running it socket?

First, I have on system pop3proxy, that scan pop3-traffic thru clamd on tcp port 3310 (that's only one posibilites for pop3proxy to scan).
Second, clamd can't use local socket and tcp port simultaneously.
Third, havp use only local socket working with clamd.

TCP support is now added.. so wait for the next version and use library in the mean time.

X-Cool,

You could try using p3scan instead of pop3proxy - it will use clamd through a normal socket to scan mail, it can use spamassassin to filter spam and it can act as a transparent proxy.
