Hi, First of all great job keep up the good work. Do you think there could be a way when log files get 2gb and havp has problem writing to them that there could be a message in stdout when daemon starts that says so? Because in version 0.91 when this happens daemon starts ok but no virus recognition occurs and the tmp files grow until disk is full. It would be great also to have a logrotate option as havp parameter (like squid -k rotate) that we could use in logrotate. Anyway really great job. I use it in production proxy for a long time now and it works like a charm. Thanks in advance. |

HAVP already supports rotating logs, just send HUP signal and it reopens the log files. Are you saying that HAVP is bugging if the logfile gets over 2GB? Hmm... perhaps the open call is missing O_LARGEFILE, I'll look into it.. |
