I've noticed a few cases where a sometimes large chunk of a malicious file will be allowed to be downloaded and then truncated when the malware is detected. The usual warning banner is not displayed.

It would be nice if there was a configuration option to allow blocking downloads by file type, for example, .exe, .com, etc.

It's not possible to display since the data is already sending. If you want it, you need to set KEEPBACKBUFFER to that size.
