Yet me again. Sandwich-configuration, but over 2 hosts (LAN -> transparent squid in router/firewall -> havp -> squid (same host as havp) -> internet). Couldn't connect to that page, i get 404-errorpage from havp. If i bypass havp (allow direct rule for store.origin.com in first squid or configuring client proxy-settings to use second squid directly), this page works. Another problem are icq-logins (msn, yahoo and skype are working), with havp enabled in proxy-chain i can't login. Any ideas? Another question: What does whitelist do? Does it only prevent av-scanners from scanning those targets or is the whole proxying disabled? Are ip-addresses allowed in whitelist?

thx for support and nice work, olli

It prevents scanning. Obviously you can't stop proxying if request is already reached HAVP... that's why it's best to whitelist at Squid to traffic don't get to HAVP at all.

Havp whitelist is processed from the url requested, nothing more.
