after many tryies, i guess that my particular scenario it's make that fault:
i use a linux as a router with 5 ethernet , 2 are used for outgoing , and with openvpn another 3 tun devices are created.
Now i can't recreate that behavior because i recreated from scratch all the configs for evreything. i have 2 routing tables one for every outgoing interface I guess that mistake appear in havp when i change the default route , and i restart openvpn. Then, the havp somehow thinks that the port and protocol used by openvpn belong to him. It's a very uncommon case.
Maybe the bug in havp is when the default route it's changing , and some other processes try to open a socket. When changing the route, the havp it's stuck.
