Hello,
I try havp under debian sarge, kernel 2.6.8, I found a .deb package of havp here :
http://www.freshnet.org/debian/sarge/ha ... 2_i386.deb
Before I install it, I have upgraded my version of clamav at 0.88,
then install it with dpkg -i havp_0.76-2_i386.deb
I have modify some configurations directive, then create a tmpfs partition :
mount -t tmpfs -o mand,async,noatime /dev/shm /var/tmp/havp
chown -R nobody.nogroup /var/tmp/havp
/etc/init.d/havp start
Starting havp: Starting Havp Version: 0.76
File could not be hardlock /var/havp/havp-URkq22
Mount filesystem with -o mand
#mount | grep havp
/dev/shm on /var/tmp/havp type tmpfs (rw,mand,noatime,size=64m)
I don't understand why havp could not hardlock file on my partition. I try to mount a ramfs partition and it works.
How can I test / investigate the problem for tmpfs ? (I prefer tmpfs because I can specify the size of ram).
Otherwise, I fix the MAXSCANSIZE to 10 Mega, perhaps I can still use the ramfs, it won't be grow to much ?
Sorry for my poor english...
Thanks,
Elyout
